Calling all Artists!
If you are a Baltimore based artist and would like to display your artwork at one of our locations, please fill out the application form below. We will review all submissions and reach out to those we feel are a good match for Atwater's. Please do not call the stores with inquiries on the status of submissions.
Rules and Guidelines:
Atwater’s does not charge a commission on any art sold.
The artist must hang their own art, our staff will not be available to step off the floor to assist. Please bring any assistance you may need.
Art may be hung during non-peak business hours (varies depending on locations)
Artists must display their art for a minimum of one month, and no longer than two months unless asked.
We ask that you have a PayPal or similar account for customers to purchase directly from you. Atwater’s will not accept any payments from customers for the art. Once a customer purchases a painting, it is the artists responsibility to arrange a time with the customer to release the art.
All pieces must be clearly labeled with a price and name to identify each piece (to avoid confusion in sale).
We encourage artists to host a show, details can be arranged with the GM of that location.
By displaying your art in our stores, the artist agrees to be financially responsible for any damages that may occur to the walls of the store and agrees to use any contractor Atwater’s chooses to fix any damages.
Atwater’s is not responsible for any damages that may occur to your art.
The artist must use the existing nails or hanging systems in place. No nails or 3M hooks or stickers may be used.
